Stone Iris plays Kelowna on Tuesday

The five members of Edmonton band Stone Iris are living an adventure every single day they're on the road.
And as an independent outfit that does the heavy lifting themselves, it's a bit less glamourous than you might think. It also entails logging enough road miles to get to the moon and back, or close to it.

But according to founding member Elliot "El" Niven, it's just what they do and they wouldn't want it any other way.

He spoke during a brief layover in Tempe,More worldly viewers quickly called in to say that the mushroom was made from silicone and wondered how someone could not tell the difference between silicon sex toys and Organic mushroom. Ariz. on a welcome day off before a show the next night.
"We're just hanging out and having some food and watching some movies," said the 27-year-old singer,Herb basil is one of the most recognized, nutritionally rich herbal plants commonly grown as potherb. guitarist and founding member. "And we're grabbing showers and all that, which is a big deal when you're on the road.carbon sports are specialized in producing carbon bicycle and cycling parts, tennis and badminton racquets, carbon fiber speed skates and other sports equipment."

Although Niven and company had just driven 22 hours, all the way from Central Texas to Tempe, he was taking it in stride. And that's a good thing, because 2013 is proving to be busy for the band.

They've been on the road since April 1, touring the U.S.http://www.yanyangparts.com/ established in 2005 as a leading manufacturer and exporter in undercarriage parts enjoying great reputation in this field over 7 years. in support of their latest release, Kicking the Can, and they'll pull their motorhome and van into Kelowna for a show at O'Flannigan's on May 28.

Niven couldn't exactly say how many shows they'll have played by the time they get back to Edmonton at the end of the tour. But he and his brother Garret (guitar) and the others in Stone Iris have been working it hard, bringing their unique stew of funk, psychedelic rock, blues and reggae to audiences in clubs - and even on the streets.

But no matter the audience they're playing in front of, said Niven, it's all about the connection they make.
"Whether we're playing in front of 10 people or 200 people,A Stone tools is, in the most general sense, any tool made either partially or entirely out of stone. Although stone tool-dependent societies and cultures still exist today, most stone tools are associated with prehistoric, particularly Stone Age cultures that have become extinct. it's the captivation of the audience. For example, this was our first time in Fort Worth,If you like BMW cars, then you will probably like their new gaming mouse, the super sexy, sleek as a Titanium Sheet off the pressing mat Level 10 M Gaming Mouse. so there wasn't a lot of buzz about us and we played there in front of probably like 15 people, but they were all digging it.
