Woman arrested after stealing 'lock-up' fundraiser 'bail' money

A Vestal woman and former Express Mart store clerk is arrested after surveillance video catches her stealing from a Muscylar Dystrophy Association fundraiser, according to the Broome County Sheriff's Office. 

Deputies said the store manager of the Express Mart she worked at was taking part in the MDA Lock-up fundraiser, in which the participant is "locked up" until enough "bail money" is donated to set them free.
