The afternoon’s program includes speaker Jeff Mahshie, senior vice president creative director for Anne Klein, The Jones Group. Mahshie will address the crowd on the latest styles for fall.

“We are calling all women to enjoy a day of fashion and fun that directly benefits our community,” Ferrari said. “This is a very special event for women to help women.”
Those in attendance will have the opportunity to bid on bags that range from vintage and designer – including two from the St. John collection -- to one donated by soap opera star Susan Lucci.

Provident Bank Foundation will be a Copper Clutch Sponsor of the event. The bank has been a long-time supporter of JBWS, providing volunteers to events and programs, and as JBWS board leadership. All proceeds from the Old Bags Luncheon will benefit the Jersey Battered Women’s Service of Morris County, a full-service, private, nonprofit domestic violence agency. The mission of JBWS is the prevention of domestic violence through the protection and empowerment of the victim, the rehabilitation of family members, the advocacy of social reform to prevent partner violence, and the education of the public about domestic violence and its consequences.
